How to withdraw your funds?

To submit a withdrawal request, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the My Funds page and select Withdrawal.
2. Select the withdrawal method you would like to use. Note: Not all methods may be available to you. Check out this article for more information.
3. Select the trading account you would like to withdraw from.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. (If you are making a bank wire withdrawal, please upload a copy of your bank statement here).
6. Click Submit.

That’s it! Finance will process your request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+10) on a business day. 

Note: IBs withdraw funds the same way.
