What is the minimum deposit to open a live trading account?
The minimum deposit to open a live trading account with Blueberry Markets is mostly $50 (or the equivalent currency). However, some deposit methods may require a different minimum deposit amount. Please refer to the table above to find the minimum deposit amount for each method available for our clients.
Can I deposit through a third-party?
With the exception of crypto deposits, all deposits must be made from a payment account with the
same name present on your trading account.
We highly discourage using another person’s
payment account to fund your trading account as you may have issues with withdrawals— and we cannot
guarantee successful processing if this is the case.
How long does it take to withdraw funds?
We aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours on weekdays after a request has been made through the
Client Portal, but this can be delayed in some cases.
Withdrawals are handled by our
Finance Department, which operates from 9 AM to 6 PM AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday. Requests submitted
after 4 PM AEST/AEDT will be processed on the next business day. Withdrawals made on weekends will
be processed on the following Monday.
How do I deposit funds into my live trading account?
You can fund your live trading account on Blueberry Markets through multiple methods, including credit card, bank wire, cryptocurrency, and others. Check the table above to view the deposit options available to you.
Why has my deposit been rejected?
Sometimes the deposit transaction can get cancelled or the servers may timeout which can lead to the deposit getting rejected. You can reach out to our support team in case your payment has already been deducted and we will be happy to assist you.
Where can the funds be withdrawn to?
You can only withdraw funds to the same card used for deposit. If multiple deposit methods were used, Visa/Mastercard will be the first method for withdrawal. Profits can be withdrawn after all card deposits have been refunded and will be transferred to your preferred method.
