Withdrawal Methods, Fees, and Considerations

We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+10) on a business day. The funds will reflect in your account depending on the withdrawal method (receiving end).

Important things to note:

  1. Card deposits are always withdrawn first as refunds and are processed to the exact same card used to fund an account. Under no circumstances will we send the funds to a card not used to deposit.
  2. Withdrawals via bank wire are processed only to bank accounts issued in the same country as your registered country. In the event that you are withdrawing to a bank account that differs from your registered country, we may ask you to provide bank statements and other supporting documents.
  3. If your account has open trades upon submission of the withdrawal request, the free margin must at least be equal to or greater than 150% after the amount has been deducted.
    Free Margin Calculation = (Equity/Margin) x 100

Withdrawal Considerations

Credit/Debit Card

  • Card deposits are to be returned to the card(s) used to fund the account(s).
  • Credit card withdrawal is always prioritised. You will be able to use other withdrawal methods when all of your credit card deposits have been refunded.
  • If you made credit card deposits in increments, your withdrawal request may also be split into multiple transactions based on your card deposit transactions.
  • If the card you used to deposit is expired, your card issuer should be able to allocate the funds to your new card. If it was lost or stolen, you may need to provide us with a certification of closure or loss, and we will look into processing through other methods.
  • Once we have processed the card refund, it may take between 1 and 7 business days to reflect on your card account. This all depends on your card provider and how they process incoming funds.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD.

Bank Transfer/Wire

  • The bank account must match your Blueberry Markets account name.
  • Due to AML/CTF policies, we may require additional documentation if your bank account is in a country that is different from your registered country with Blueberry Markets.
  • International bank wire usually attracts a fee of approximately USD $25.00, which is imposed by and dependent on banking intermediaries; such fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • Because of the above-mentioned fee, the minimum withdrawal amount is USD $50— however, we highly recommend withdrawing at least $100 to maximise the fee.
  • Bank account details must include a SWIFT code, IBAN, and sort code/BSB. If your bank does not use a sort code/BSB, you may enter 6 zeros in the relevant field.

Crypto (USDT)

  • When opting for CoinPayments, ensure you select Tether USD (Tron/TRC20). Otherwise, your request will be rejected.
