How long does it take to withdraw?
We process withdrawals between Mondays and Fridays within 24 hours of the request being made through the Client Portal. However, this may be delayed in some instances.
Withdrawals are processed by the Finance Department, which operates from Mondays thru Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM AEST/AEDT. Requests submitted after 4 PM AEST/AEDT will be processed on the next business day. If you make a withdrawal on the weekends, it will be processed first thing the next Monday.
Card withdrawals are processed as “refunds”. Issues such as cards not accepting refunds from us may take longer to process. You may need to reach out to your card provider to enable refunds from us. If a card refund is not possible, we may be able to send the funds through other methods. The Accounts Department will work with you when this happens.
