Will I no longer be serviced by Blueberry Markets?

Starting 29 January 2024, you will be trading directly under Blueberry Markets (V) Ltd, regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (Company number: 700697) holding License Classes A, B and C under the Financial Dealers Licensing Act. Your account details, trading experience, and quality service privileges remain unchanged. 

 

How will my complaints be handled with VFSC?

Complaints are dealt with per the Financial Dealers Licensing Act [CAP 70]. A copy of this act is available here.

 

Where will my funds be held?

All funds will continue to be held in segregated accounts and handled following internal policies and procedures that are developed based on best practice standards. Client funds are reconciled daily, and not used for operational purposes and are subject to external audit on an annual basis. 

 

Is my trading account going to be moved to new servers?

All trading accounts are maintained on the same server owned by Blueberry Markets. 

 

Will I get a new Client Portal account?

You will have the same Client Portal account. 

 

Will I get a new trading account number and password?

You will have the same trading account number and password. 

 

Will there be any changes to my account leverage?

Your current account leverage and options will remain the same.

 

Will there be any changes with the instruments I can trade?

All existing instruments will still be available for trading. 

 

Will I be able to trade during the migration on 29 January 2024?

Yes, but please be aware that there will be a slight adjustment to the trading hours

 

Will I be able to make deposits and withdrawals during the migration?

Deposit and Withdrawals will resume on Monday, January 29th when markets reopen. Please note that as part of the migration, there will be new funding methods under Blueberry Markets.

 

How will I withdraw my card deposits after migration?

Card refunds for deposits made before the migration will be returned via bank transfer. Any card deposits made after the migration will then be refunded as normal.
