The calculator is based on the lot size for forex, where 1 lot = 100,000 units.
When calculating for non-forex instruments, switch to Units by clicking on the wheel icon and enter the trade size as units instead of lots.
You’ll find the units per lot of instruments by doing a right-click from the Market Watch and selecting Specifications:
