How do I change my account leverage?
Only non-Australian clients can change account leverage. The ASIC Product Intervention leverage will be followed for Australian clients and cannot be lowered until further notice.
- From your Client Portal Dashboard, simply click on the pencil icon beside your trading account:
- Then, select the leverage you want and click the Confirm button
- A confirmation message will then show at the top of your screen:
Once submitted, your request will be processed within a couple of hours (weekends may take a little longer), and you will receive an email confirmation.
Note: You can only request for leverage increase from the Client Portal. If you wish to decrease your leverage, please reach out to Customer Support via live chat or email [email protected].
