How do I change my account leverage?

Only non-Australian clients can change account leverage. The ASIC Product Intervention leverage will be followed for Australian clients and cannot be lowered until further notice.

  1. From your Client Portal Dashboard, simply click on the pencil icon beside your trading account:

  1. Then, select the leverage you want and click the Confirm button

  1. A confirmation message will then show at the top of your screen:

Once submitted, your request will be processed within a couple of hours (weekends may take a little longer), and you will receive an email confirmation.

Note: You can only request for leverage increase from the Client Portal. If you wish to decrease your leverage, please reach out to Customer Support via live chat or email [email protected].
