Connection to the server is slow

Blueberry Markets’ servers are located in London. If you are far from London, chances are you’d get a slower connection or higher ‘ping’. You’ll see this when you click on the connection status bar at the bottom-right of your MT4/5.

MT4/5 automatically selects the best server for your location, but you can also manually select the one with the fastest connection (lowest ping). The connection quality can also depend on the speed of your local network, so you might want to ensure that you are on a fast internet plan.

A response rate of about 400 ms is rather decent for manual trading. However, if you are using an autotrading or copytrading EA, you might benefit from a faster connection, and we recommend getting a VPS if you are far from our servers.
