Where will I receive my funds?

Please refer to the chart below to know where your funds will go when you request a withdrawal. Note that the withdrawal method for deposits may differ from the withdrawal of profits.

Additionally, until the full amount of your deposited funds have been returned back to you, your withdrawal is considered a “withdrawal of deposits“. Any amount exceeding your deposited funds are “withdrawal of profits“.

Please take note of the following:

  • If you used multiple methods (including Visa/MasterCard) to fund your account, card withdrawals will be processed first.
  • Card deposits made before December 17, 2022 will have to be withdrawn using other methods.
  • Skrill / Neteller is currently unavailable to European countries.
