What is a Payment Profile?

A Payment Profile is a bank or third-party payment provider account registered under your name (and matches your Blueberry account), which you can use when you submit a withdrawal request. For your security, we will process withdrawals only to verified payment profiles. 

You can add a payment profile for any withdrawal method available to you, except for a credit card, as it should always be pre-approved. Learn more about card withdrawals here.

To add a Payment Profile, follow the steps below:

  1. In your Client Portal, click on My Funds and select Payment Profiles:

2. Click on +Add Profile and select the type of profile that you would like to add from the drop-down list.

3. Fill out the required information and upload the file required for the method you selected.

4. Hit Submit.

 

That’s it! Note that your submission will go through a review and should be processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+10) on a business day.
