Payment Profile Guidelines

For your security, we will process withdrawals only to verified payment profiles. You will need to upload proof that you own the payment profile, such as a bank statement.

You may upload files in any of these formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, JFIF, BMP, and PDF

 

Refer to the list of methods and guidelines below to ensure approval of your payment profile:

BANK STATEMENT

  • Enter your bank account number.
    • If your country uses the IBAN system, enter your IBAN into the Account Number field.
    • For Canadian bank accounts, you will need to enter the following: Transit Number, Institution Number, and Bank Account Number. Contact your bank if you need assistance with this.
  • Enter your bank’s name and branch name.
  • Enter your SWIFT/BIC code or BSB number. If your bank statement doesn’t have this, confirm your SWIFT code with your bank or check their website.
  •  Upload your bank statement — it must have your bank’s name/logo and your name, and all information like account number/IBAN, SWIFT, or BSB must match what you would enter in the form.
– If your bank account is held in a country that differs from your registered country at Blueberry Markets, we might require additional documentation for security and AML/CTF compliance.
– If you are withdrawing to a Wise account or a bank account held in the US, we will require you to submit a W8-BEN form

 

CRYPTO (USDT-TRC20)

  • Enter your USDT-TRC20 wallet address. Any other networks or cryptocurrencies will not be accepted.
  • Ensure that your wallet address is accurate. Blueberry Markets is not liable for any losses of funds due to an incorrect wallet address or network.
  • As crypto wallets are anonymous, you will be asked for an OTP (One-time Password) for security; to be sent to your registered phone number. Should you require a phone number update or encounter any issues with the OTP, reach out to Customer Support via live chat or email [email protected]

SKRILL & NETELLER

  • Enter your Skrill/Neteller email, which should match the file you will upload
  • Upload a screenshot of your Skrill/Neteller personal information page (it must show your name and Skrill email)

PERFECT MONEY & FASAPAY

  • Enter your Perfect Money/FasaPay account number, which should match the file you will upload.
    • For Perfect Money, enter your complete account number, i.e. E12xxxxxx.
  • Upload a screenshot of your Perfect Money/FasaPay personal information page (the account name must match your registered name at Blueberry Markets)

STICPAY

  • Enter your Sticpay account number, which should match the file you will upload.
  • Upload a screenshot of your Sticpay personal information page (the account name must match your registered name at Blueberry Markets)

For any other methods, withdrawals are processed via bank transfer.
